Look at collar .. Look so tight, look like choke bear neck.. Loose a bit..I rather let bear go and that way bear is a natural wild animal.. I hate to see any wild trap like wolf, big cats, foxes, and anything on ground or in water that trap in cage I hate it poor them let them go and more room and ran freeeeeeee.. i dunno what's the case here, but taking a bear out of the wild is quite cruel by itself, and most of those people do really really cruel stuff to the poor animal, like ripping its nails and theet off, breaking its nose to put a chain there and so on. so unhuman, so very wrong.
